I was pretty excited when a lovely package arrived from Kiehl's with products from their new Aromatic Blends collection. The new line includes three products--- fragrances, cleansers and body lotions in four scent pairings---Orange Flower and Lychee; Vanilla and Cedarwood; Nashi Blossom and Pink Grapefruit; and Fig Leaf and Sage.
I was able to test out all three products and the Fig Leaf and Sage lotion is my absolutely favorite from the collection. It is ultra moisturizing and has a very clean scent. You can skip the perfume when you wear it because the scent is pretty enough on its own.
Finally, I got to try out two of the fragrances. One of them was a little too strong for me but I enjoyed the other one. I wouldn't say that I'd swap out my favorite fragrances for these, but it's nice to have some options when you're in the mood for something different (I pretty much alternate between three perfumes right now, so it's fun to throw something unexpected into the mix).
The one thing I have to say about ALL Kiehl's products is that the packaging is always my favorite of all of my skincare products. They're the kind of products you want to display on your bathroom counter. I always reserve counter space for my prettiest bottles and these glass ones are just beautiful. Even their plastic packaging it gorgeous---something about the way the products labels and fonts all work together gives off a very chic look.

I personally haven't tried any of the products. The vanilla and cedarwood sounds heavenly though. I love the smell of cedar. It just reminds me of the country and all things homemade. My dad made me a cedar chest when I graduated so I will always associate that smell with him.

I have never heard of Kiehl's products, but I would love to try them. They seem like the wholesome natural smells that I like. One of my favorite scents that I always associate with my Grandma is Oatmeal & Almond. My grandma loved shopping for baths and lotions that she shared with me and she always would bath in oatmeal & almond that smelled sooooo sweet and calming. Some of my favorite bath products are:

A scent I associate is definitely one of lilac and chocolate chip cookies. my grandmother always smelled of lilac and I would stand so close to her as we baked in her house. Now every time I smell either lilac or chocolate chip cookies I think of her.
My favorite product is from the Stylist Series "Creme w/ Silk Groom." I have crazy thick hair which tends to frizz. This helps me get great shine and smooth texture.
I actually love the Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel-Cream; it's really cooling when you put it on and gives you the perfect amount of moisture.

I love most Kiehl's products, but I would have to say my favorite is the Cryste Marine Firming Eye Treatment.
It's tough to choose just one, as I've repurchased a few multiple times; but I'll go with their avocado eye cream. Nicely moisturizing without being greasy, and it neither irritates my eyes nor causes those little milia bumps; so definitely a winner for me! (Thanks to them and you for the giveaway!)

I haven't tried any of their products yet; though I have been meaning to. I would love to try the Vanilla Cedarwood scent. My grandmother gave my mother a Cedarwood chest to be her Hope Chest. Childhood memories of going through the linens in the chest and inhaling the safe Cedarwood scents of my grandmother are comforting and sweet. That alone makes me want to try that scent.

As a fellow Canuck, I am quite sad this contest is not open to your readers North of the border, particularly as Kiehl's products aren't as widely available in Canada (outside larger cities such as Vancouver and Toronto). I am Thunder Bay and so the only way I can get my Kiehl's fix is if I go to Minneapolis, MN (or order online from Nordstrom and pick it up at our US border store). There's this certain orange type smell that I'll catch every now and again that reminds me of this bubble bath my mom and I would use growing up, we called it "mexican bubble bath". The smell of Cherry Blossom from B&BW will always make me homesick. I moved from my home in LA to NY when I was 20.
