When I was getting dressed this morning I wanted to wear a printed blouse with my off-white skirt and then I realized I had a meeting in the afternoon---so I added a blazer in a bright color to balance it all out.

Who says you can't wear white or bright colors in the winter? You should wear whatever you want...anytime. I do and don't get weird looks. If anything I look bright and cheery as opposed to the dark colors everyone wears in the fall/winter. Don't follow fashion "rules", just your instinct :)
