Snakeskin for Summer

I usually eat my lunch at my desk during the work week, but today I had lunch with some of my fellow fashion bloggers Annina, Linley and Nina.  We went to Tiny's no. 5 in West U and I had an incredible steak salad.

I wore this Presley Skye dress that I got at Nordstrom months ago. I've worn it before but haven't featured it on the blog until today (you probably saw my colorful leopard-print one in a previous post).  I love how the snakeskin pattern is summerized with the bright colors on the dress.

Dress- Presley Skye (Nordstrom); Shoes- Nine West;
Blazer- Zara; Necklace- Banana Republic

Hope everyone has a great weekend!  I'm writing this post after our trial CrossFit workout, so as you might imagine, I'm pretty tired and weak feeling.  If you've ever done CrossFit, I would love to hear your thoughts about it in the comments below!

So good to see you today! I hope CrossFit was bearable and at least a little fun.

I love how you're never afraid to wear color, but it never looks outrageous or garish on you. <3

I LOOOOOVED crossfit! I had to quit when I was 4 months preggo (not everyone does but my abs split apart quite a bit so it was contraindincated). I absolutely loved it though-it was so hard, but so good and so satisfying, not to mention short (most of the time). Now I live too far away from one to go and I don't really have the time either-enjoy it!!

Such a pretty dress!

I've never done crossfit before, and the idea of it kind of scares me! I'm excited to hear your thoughts on it.

So cute! I need that! I've been wearing snakeskin this summer! H&M has a ton - not as colorful but still so funky!
