Casual Friday: Black & White Stripes (OOTD)

Happy Friday everyone!  I just got back from an awesome session with my trainer. He actually had a holiday special recently where he had an awesome deal on unlimited training sessions so I'm going to be working out pretty hard/regularly for the next 6 weeks. I'll miss the 9 days we are on our trip, but I'll more than make up for it.

I think the promo is valid until midnight tonight---if you're in Houston and you're interested, please email me as soon as you can and I'll send you the info!

Today was casual Friday at our office so I went with a really simple black and white ensemble and threw in my cognac boots for a little warmth.  Here's what I wore:

Tee- Love Culture
Jeans- GAP "Always Skinny" in black
Boots- Nine West
Sweater- Forever 21
Necklace- Forever 21
Tomorrow I have a busy day of errands.  First I'm going to see my doctor and get a bunch of blood work done.  Since my grandma had some medical issues that can be hereditary, my aunt who is a doctor recommended I get a series of tests done just to be sure. Then, my H and I are going to go to return some things at the mall and try to get the last little things we need for our trip---he needs a hat and some warm boots.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

xoxo,

Veronika.

Very cute outfit as always Veronika! I especially love that cardigan, looks so cozy :) I'm glad that you're taking precautions just in case, it's always good to know sooner than later. I really hope you're healthy as one can be though! Have a great weekend! x

Love this outfit V, you look fantastic!

Question - do you find that the Gap 'Always Skinny' jeans run true to size? I don't live in the states right now and am thinking of ordering some online. :) Thanks!

Haley--mine at a size 6 (or 28) so i would say they fit TTS. I sometimes wear a size 4 in pants, but in skinny jeans, always a 6, no matter what the brand.

That sweater looks great on you! You may have inspired me to pick one up for myself tomorrow.

Love the new camera. It really makes a such difference!

Good for you and working out with your trainer! I am working and taking 2 classes and my workouts and health have been lacking. Hopefully in a couple weeks I will get a better routine and maybe start back with a trainer :) Cute looks today!

You look great! I really like this whole look. The brown boots are kind of unexpected with the black and white outfit but it works well.

The new camera really makes a difference in your photos, btw! :)

Instead of wooly socks in your Hunters, you could consider getting the inserts they have especially designed to keep your feet warm in Hunters? Just a suggestion...they make a big difference!
